The basic and the utmost requirement of any society is the implementation of rule of law in their daily life. Rule of law means that every human being is equal before law, and they have to follow law irrespective of their social status in the society. In the modern world, developed countries are feeling proud over their strong control on the action of every human being, their whole society is governed by the rule of law. On the other hand developing countries are partially failing to make their control over the activities of their subjects, means that they are following rule of law but at some instances they are lacking in this section. Developed countries are standing as an role model for the developing countries from the aspect of implementation of rule of law.

Those societies which follow rule of law are mostly considered as an civilized one because they follow rule and regulation in a more strict manner. Everything in these civilized societies appeared in order, like, parks and lawns are in well maintained condition, government officials reach their respective offices on time, transport work in proper manner and most importantly corruption in public offices are negligible. People get good salary, and they deliver their 100 percent. Every society need strict implementation of rule of law for their existence, If any society or nation fails to run their subjects within the law then they can’t flourish and grow and after certain point of time they will vanish. .
