Fault divorce does not required any strong reason for divorce and there is not any conditions which both have to fulfil. Previously in divorce judge required some proofs for declaring the one as a offender of any adultery and any misbehave, but in no fault divorce there is no any condition to provide any proof or clew to prove the opposite one as the culprit. Here both husband and wife keep their face clean from any type of blame. Once procedure of no fault divorce is over, the couples is treated as single.
In the matter of divorce case parents have to decide for the custody of children. If they fail to find out any decision regarding children custody, then they can go for case in front of court for deciding the appropriate one for taking custody of children.
